No More Jew or Gentile
in Christ!
If Christ joined all together,
why do some Christians still make a distinction?

"And other sheep [Gentiles] I have, which are not of this fold [Israel]; them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd." (John 10:16)
)<>(
The truth of God, found in scriptures or by revelation, which is always free from any bias and man’s opinion!
One bias and unscriptural teaching that persists in Evangelical denominations is the belief that there is a difference ( a division ) between Jews and Gentiles.
They teach that Jews today have a special status, being a different and separate group, covenantally and doctrinally, from other non-Jewish believers! To validate their claim, they use misinterpreted passages from the Old Testament and apply them to modern-day Israel.
Even without knowing the scriptures well, "the spirit" of such teaching sounds strange and not of God. Jesus would have denounced it at once!
No Division in Jesus Christ
If Jesus and his apostles never taught this, then who was responsible for such teaching?
The New Testament tells us it was Jewish Judaizers who wanted to divide the Church from the beginning. The book of Acts and many of Paul's letters to Gentile Christians are proof of the divisions these Judaizers had caused to churches in the first century and later.
Today, many deceivers within the churches are doing the same. They invented what is called "Dispensationalism" teaching that God has two distinct peoples: national Israel, and the church!
To promote their false theology, they use specially referenced Bibles, books, movies, and videos teaching that modern-day national Israel is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies.
Such a doctrine keeps many naive, deceived into believing that some people are more special than others, elevating them and, in the process, causing much pain and suffering to other people.
How could Christendom's leaders and ecclesiastics promote Jew vs Gentile separation? Haven't they heard what Jesus taught? Jesus said he would bring all people (Jews and Gentiles) into one fold, did he not?
Just listen to what he said in John 10:16:
"And other sheep I have" = Gentiles
"Which are not of this fold" = Israel
"Them also I must bring" = Jews & Gentiles
"And there shall be one Shepherd = Jesus Christ
Ethnicity, bloodline, race, status, or gender never mattered with God's, and especially so for those who follow Jesus Christ and his teachings. To those who advance this doctrine, it is carnal thinking, which true believers should reject. all are ONE in the body of Christ:
"For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit" (1 Cor 12:13)
Ephesians 2:11-22 shatters any two-group system in the "Body of Christ"! I quote it here for you to see that any divisions promoted, through doctrines or otherwise, in the body of Christ are not from God. Read the passage carefully:
“Remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh. That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world.
"But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
"Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby.
"For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now, therefore, ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God.”
(Ephesians 2:11-22)
Here are more passages in case the above isn't convincing enough:
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." (Gal 3:28)
"Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also." (Rom 3:29)
"Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality." (Acts 10:34) NKJV
Test any doctrine to recognize the spirit behind it, whether of God or a "deceiving spirit" masquerading as "false teachers". Do it by the spirit of God, the scriptures and reason.
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1) BLB
